Job Summary:
The Travel and Expense Administrator will manage all aspects of the travel and expense process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional support to employees. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The role reports into the Accounting Manager.
Location: Hybrid to Groton, CT
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily review of submitted expense reports.
- Identification of expense reports that do not comply with ThayerMahan Policy
- Clear communication to employees on travel report errors that require correction.
- Training for staff on proper expense report submission.
- Helpdesk support to all employees preparing expense reports.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attributes:
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
